newborn sunhat and beanies

newborn sun hat: used same pattern as easy peasy but ended with three rows of 3sc each stitch. flower: magic ring, slip stitch, sc, hdc, dc, hdc, sc, slip stitch. rep till you have as many petals as you want. slip stitch it to the hat. i chose to finish mine off with a cute button put through the magic ring slip stitched to hat. with different color of yarn i chained a long chain then wove it in the last hdc row and wove the ends inside the hat.

newborn purple puff stitch: used the same pattern as cara and mikeys puff stitch hats but used an f needle and less rows. flower: magic ring, 6 dc then same petal pattern as sun hat flower.

newborn yellow puff stitch: same as above.

note: each of these were made with f needle and baby yarn. size of hats can be easily changed by bigger/smaller needles, yarn thickness, AND tension.
